Firstly, Light Coin Purse dropped by defeated enemies. You can collect money from defeated enemies without ever having to stop your attack against them. 2. Types of Light Coin Purse in the Game
There are two types of Light Coin Purse in the game- ‘Normal’ and ‘Flawless ‘. In normal version, a small amount of currency is recovered. On the other hand, Flawless version allow much more currency to be recovered with a considerable chance at getting 1 Spirit Orb (if your Luck stat is high enough.) For example Normal (1 – 16) and Flawless (1 – 6).

3. How to Use a Light Coin Purse?
There are basically two ways how you can use Light Coin purse-
a. Collect Money from an enemy once he/she is defeated.
As soon as you defeat an enemy, you will receive a light coin purse as a drop. Once you pick it up, the enemy’s money will be yours and the enemy cannot get his/her money back so long as the game is running.
You can use this feature to collect more money by killing more enemies. But this can be risky as your enemy might attack you while he/she is still alive. Hence, it’s advised that use it only when there is a high chance of getting 1 Spirit Orb for your luck stat (if your luck stats are low).
b. Wait till the enemy is defeated and then use the item
Similarly to collecting money, you can wait till the enemy is defeated with no hope of defeating him/her and then use the Light Coin Purse for recovering your money. This feature is used to minimize risk as it reduces chances of getting attacked by still alive enemies before Light Coin Purse could be used.
4. How to upgrade?
To upgrade, you will need two Light Coin Purses of the same quality and one oil for upgrading. You are also required to have an empty slot available at the bottom of your inventory bar so that you can move the upgraded item into it once the upgrade is complete.
You cannot have any other item in that slot while Light Coin Purse is being upgraded, so keep that in mind before starting a session of upgrading.
