Skinner’s system is called Brain-to-Brain. It is basically a brain-computer interface (BCI), which is basically a technology that measures how the brain works. A BCI is basically a device that is implanted in the brain which uses this brain-wave information to control movement or act in a certain way.
You can literally control almost anything in brain-to-brain technology. In the video below, you can tell that the mind of the person with the device is being controlled by the BCI. The guy with the BCI is in control of the guy with the skinner. It seems that skinner is doing some kind of body scanning and the body of the guy with the BCI is getting scanned.
This is all well and good in theory, but it doesn’t work in practice. In this case, as you can see in the video, the skinner is controlling the brain of the guy with the BCI, but he must be a very good actor. All you can really see is his mouth moving, but the brain is also doing its own thing. The control, however, is very good and you can see that he’s basically doing something totally unlike anything you’ve ever seen before.
Skinner is very good at hiding his behaviors, but you can see his mouth moving in the video. He appears to be doing something very cool, but the BCI is doing something very odd. As far as I can tell, it is a real problem for the BCI. If someone can control the behavior of a BCI in a way we haven’t seen before, then we should expect to see something like this happening.
